Canterra Receives Preliminary Gravity Survey Data for Marlin Project, Southern Slave, NT

Vancouver, BC - Canterra Minerals Corporation (CTM-TSX.V) (the "Company" or "Canterra") is pleased to announce that it has received preliminary data from the airborne gravity survey recently conducted over its Marlin Project ("Marlin" or the "Project") in the Northwest Territories. Marlin is located approximately 265 km northeast of Yellowknife and lies contiguous to the north and west of Kennady Diamonds' project and west of Margaret Lake's property. A geophysical program was undertaken (See News Release dated October 21, 2014) utilizing the HeliFALCONĀ® gravity gradiometer system combined with airborne magnetic over the north part of the Marlin Property. The 1,500 line km survey was flown at 75 metre line spacing at an average 45 metre above terrain. Detailed analysis and interpretation has commenced with preliminary results indicating several targets coincidental with kimberlite indicator mineral anomalies. Upon receipt of the detailed interpretation, targets will be prioritized for further testing.

Bruce Kienlen, P.Geol, Senior Geologist for Canterra is the Qualified Person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed the technical information in this news release.
