Canterra Presenter Privacy

About this policy

Canterra Minerals Corporation provides Canterra Presenter for PDF presentations and nearby iPad presentation sessions. This policy explains how the app handles information. Effective October 19, 2026.

Presentation content and local storage

The app opens documents that you select and processes presentations, drawings and annotations on your iPad. It stores settings, including the display name you choose and presentation preferences, locally. Temporary presentation copies may remain in the app container until the app or iPadOS removes them. Canterra Presenter does not upload your presentation content to a Canterra-operated cloud service.

Nearby presentation sessions

When you host or join a nearby session, the app uses local networking to discover other iPads and exchange session information. Your chosen display name and presentation/session identifiers may be visible to nearby devices. Approved participants receive presentation documents, page changes, annotations and laser-pointer updates. Only approve participants you trust and share material you have permission to disclose. Local connections use networking and encryption provided by Apple.

Exporting and sharing

If you export an annotated PDF or share a file, the destination is the app, storage provider or person that you select using iPadOS. Files and iCloud Drive providers handle those copies under their own terms and settings. Ending a session stops active sharing; it does not recall files or copies already received or exported.

Accounts, advertising and tracking

The app does not require an app account or collect an email address to use its presentation features. It does not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking or data-broker sharing. The app does not request access to contacts, location, the camera or the microphone for PDF presentations.

Your choices and deletion

You can decline Local Network access in iPadOS Settings; nearby synchronization will then be unavailable. You can change your display name in the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to iPadOS backup and restore settings. Delete exported documents, storage-provider copies and backups separately where needed. Copies held by other presentation participants remain under their control.

Support and Apple services

If you contact Canterra for support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond to your request. Do not send confidential presentation files unless they are needed and you are authorized to share them. Information supplied through Canterra support channels is handled under the company website privacy policy. Apple may process App Store, TestFlight or device diagnostic information under your Apple settings and Apple privacy terms; the app does not add a separate analytics or crash-reporting service.

Website and policy changes

The Canterra website has a separate privacy policy covering website visits, cookies and contact forms. This app policy does not remove those website practices when you open a website link. We will update this page and the app disclosures if the app information-handling practices change.
